June 2. My birthday. Also... and almost more importantly, the last day of school. I cleaned off my desk, turned in my keys, and headed off into my summer vacation.

kel and I met to celebrate being 60 and the end of the year. She is heading to the
Midwest to spend six weeks with friends and family. I will take a short trip to Santa Fe cruising the galleries, but most of my summer will be spent right here... really creating studio space, making paper every day, knitting knitting knitting, going to water aerobics and becoming a new grandmother for the third time. Can't wait to start.
